After all, there are plenty of online recruitment systems out there typically costing you anywhere between £5,000 - £20,000 a year depending on how much you use them. But with iKrut, there really is no catch:
Any company or organisation can use iKrut free of charge on a totally unrestricted basis as much or as little as they like. There is no catch.
Ok so now we've reassured you it's free and always going to be free, you're wondering what's in it for us. Why would we give a system like iKrut away free when everyone else charges thousands of pounds a year for something similar (or worse!)? Well obviously we want to make money from iKrut and here's how we do it. We offer companies extra services to help them recruit
more efficiently. No company using iKrut is under any obligation to use any of these services. If you just want to use iKrut's core system then that's absolutely fine. It's all yours totally free of charge, forever.
Extra modules and bespoke work:
Occasionally companies who use iKrut sometimes want extra features added in to suit their particular recruitment requirements. We have a range of additional/premium modules that you can purchase and add on to iKrut. Visit the extra functionality section for more details (login to the demo site).
In addition we have the ability to build pretty much whatever functionality you want. So if you need something not available from iKrut's free version or the additional modules, just tell us what you need, we will then agree a one off fee for the work and build it for you. Examples might include integration with your HR system, extra reports or maybe online testing.
Don't forget that iKrut is free and you only pay anything if you want these add ons or extra work.

If you need help filling a vacancy, simply send it to us and we'll go away and find you a shortlist of suitable candidates for you to talk to directly and hopefully hire.
